Andrew B. “Andy” Zogg

Andrew B. “Andy” Zogg is Vice President of Program Excellence for L3Harris Technologies. In this role, Zogg leads several critical areas, including the program management and security functions, hypersonics initiatives, and he provides enterprise wide governance and oversight for L3Harris bids and proposals and estimate-at-completion processes.

Prior to this, Zogg was the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer leading L3 Technologies’ Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Systems segment, where he
was responsible for the design and implementation of business strategies, plans and procedures, setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth, establishing policies that promoted company culture and vision, as well as oversight of daily operations.

Zogg participated in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions and corporate alliances) and was responsible for a number of pivotal customer relationships.

Zogg joined L3 in 2017 after more than 30 years with Raytheon where he served in a number of senior leadership roles spanning general management, business development and engineering roles, including leadership for Raytheon’s Command and Control Systems, Space and Airborne Systems and the Air Management and Homeland Security businesses.

Zogg began his career with Texas Instruments in 1983 as an Electro-Optics Systems design engineer, working on the U.S. Army and Marine Corps combat vehicle and Infantry EO Night Vision systems.

Zogg holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from Clarkson University.
