PMCOS Business Roundtable Discussion on Zoom
2020 May 06 Wed @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
College of Scheduling Webinar Series Goes Online
In this time of rapid change and unprecedented challenges for business and industry, it has never been more important to share information and best practices regarding scheduling practices. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected a range of critical elements of project and program management including how we schedule ongoing projects, how we account for COVID impacts, and our approach to delay claims.
To help scheduling practitioners and delay experts, the College of Scheduling is presenting a Business Roundtable with industry experts next Wednesday. In this Roundtable, industry leaders and attendees will have the opportunity to exchange information, learn from one another, raise questions, and offer options for addressing the issues managing and scheduling projects and accounting for impacts. If you are a company leader or legal counsel, we invite you to join our conversation.
