    We are using 4D scheduling on a hotel construction project. We are utilizing Reconstruct software as the interface between Primavera P6 and our BIM model. This is resulting in our scheduling have to have pretty detailed scheduling data (currently 1200 activities and growing). How many of you use 4D scheduling as a matter of routine? I just find it very time-consuming and am wondering of its effectiveness in conveying meaningful information. Do you update the 4D model with current schedule dates with regular progress updating?
