Meera is a Managing Director of Secretariat, based in New York, and leads the Northeast practice. She has over 25 years of experience and specializes in providing independent expert services to owners, contractors, and designers on complex construction disputes. has provided services across a wide range of projects, including heavy civil, oil and gas, infrastructure/transportation, power/energy, petrochemical, medical facilities, and vertical construction. Meera’s experience has focused on dispute resolution, delay and disruption analyses, scheduling, and project management. Meera has a BS in Civil Engineering from Cornell University. She is an author and frequent speaker on various construction related topics and has also appeared on the History Channel’s “The Engineering That Built the World” TV series providing insights on historic engineering projects.
