Zartab Zafar has forty-two years of experience in the field of planning and scheduling different types of construction projects. For the last seventeen years, he has represented Kaiser Permanente as an owner representative, building hospitals, medical office buildings, and central utility plants, among other construction endeavors, in nine states across the USA.
